iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.
PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.
PLEASE NOTE that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking partners at Sanofi worldwide.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:

Business Initiatives & Partnering Specialist - VIE Contract (W/M)


1. Support Business Partnering (BP) & Business Initiatives team during Strategic Planning process

2. Support management of transversal strategic projects and business initiatives in his/her responsibility and follow up initiatives led by others

3. Support BP & Initiatives team to improve local marketing performance & manage robust marketing planning:
- Measure/monitor the performance of the Business Units (BU)/products, review Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and operational effectiveness with the respective BU management on a regular basis
- Challenge for gaps, corrective actions & further improvements
- Develop and manage a robust marketing planning and review process across the business in line with the business's strategic priorities and establish marketing KPI's, monitor return on investment and work to develop insight and actions accordingly
- Evaluate marketing tactics, results and their effectiveness to ensure optimum resource allocation for all channels
- Prepare BU key brands dashboard update and generate insight and actions plans for improvement and acceleration
- Monitor and report the performance of brands on a monthly basis review the results with marketing teams via monthly meetings
- Market & product performance to assure effectiveness

4. Support BP & Initiatives team to review brand forecast and budgets
- Support the BU for financial/monthly forecasting process with a good understanding of the reference market & products' performance/outlook


- Finished Master Degree or MBA in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics and other related engineering education
- Min 1-2 years of active Business Analytics/Intellegence, strategy/management consultancy, Project Management, Performance management experience or being intensively involved in transversal projects
- Pharma market experience in a similar domain with a good team management record:
Strategic management consulting background or experience of working in a strategy or business development functions of a pharma or life sciences company ; experience in healthcare discipline is a big plus
- Global understanding of Pharma business and industry, across various disciplines/functions (e.g., payers, providers, development and commercial)
- Either strategy consulting experience (in a strategy consulting firm, a strategy boutique, a pharma/life sciences sector specialist provider) or experience of working in a strategy or business excellence function of a pharma or life sciences company
- Thorough understanding of business finance
- Fluent English
- MS Office programs, internet utilities
