Online Sales and Marketing Specialist

Position Objective:
* Improve online product presentation (visibility, positioning, messaging) to ultimately increase sales by driving traffic conversion to key industry partner online touchpoints while maintaining the annual spending budget

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Responsible for raising the online capabilities and knowledge of other sales colleagues to ensure a consistent way of working
* On time execution of product information delivery to industry partners (translations, photos, videos, marketing messages)
* Focus on constantly maintaining and improve online product communications through proper product selection, location within the website as well as the condition the product is being presented in
* Streamlining of strategic model launches with both product groups and industry partners to ensure an immediate product ramp up
* Requirements of maintaining and tracking annual activity and investments
* Data mining and analysis of standard KPI measurements such as, but not limited to, traffic, conversion, CTR, CPC and others to prepare for future activities to optimize sales results
* Convincing of industry partners to align with (COMPANY NAME) brand guidelines whilst adhering to partner requirements for both product online communication as well as Media Buying suggestions
* Shared responsibility with sales colleagues for delivering relevant Net Sales and Profit targets by executing effective online sales promotional plans
* Responsible for all aspects of the marketing funnel (Awareness, Interest, Consideration, Intent, Evaluation and Purchase) that are owned and controlled by the retailer
* Reporting and monitoring of both (COMPANY NAME) as well as competitor online activities
* Optimizing sxxx.xe platform to connect industry partner and consumers directly through the "where-to-buy" program

Qualifications & Experience
* Proven work experience in a relevant digital marketing position
* Ability and experience in launching products in a multi-channel environment both online as well as via the traditional instore POS execution
* Experience in working with digital marketing activities including but not limited to:
* E-mail, social media, SEO, Pay per Click Ad, affiliate marketing
* Business level certified knowledge of both German and English (both written & spoken) for communication within Germany as well as with Europe HQ
* Competency with MS-Office (Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Word), Power BI, Adobe and Google Analytics for daily business
* Strong communication and presentation skills towards both internal and external stakeholders to achieve conclusions for further actions
* Commercial awareness of the German electronics retailer landscape, competitor products/strategies and consumer mindsets
* Flexibility to adapt into fast moving business circumstances and ability to work under pressure on various projects simultaneously
* Result-oriented work ethics to manage tasks within budget and deadlines
* Teamwork mindset to share insight as well as to collect information within the organization with the objective to improve overall company productivity
