Mitarbeiter Vertriebsinnendienst (m/w/d) / After Sales Service

Deine Aufgaben:

* Eigenverantwortliche Beurteilung und Bearbeitung aller Händlerreklamationen aus Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz (postalisch sowie digital)

* Analyse und Bearbeitung von unklaren Reklamationsfällen

* Aufnahme, Dokumentation und Prüfung von Produktmängeln zur Qualitätssteigerung

* Erstellung und Überwachung von Retouren-Autorisierungen und Gutschriften

* Abwicklung aller eingehenden After Sales Händleranfragen und proaktive Unterbreitung von Alternativangeboten sowie zielgerichtete Beratung zu unseren Serviceleistungen

* Datenverarbeitung und -pflege im Warenwirtschaftsprogramm SAP R/3 und SAP-CRM

* Professionelle Betreuung unserer Geschäftskunden per Telefon und E-Mail

* Sicherstellung eines effizienten und qualitativ hochwertigen After Sales Services

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit ersten Erfahrungen im Kundenkontakt

* Ausbildung zum Augenoptiker (m/w/d) oder kaufmännischer Hintergrund von Vorteil

* Serviceorientiertes Denken und Handeln

* Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP R/3

* Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und sicheres Auftreten

* Selbstständige, lösungs- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und Spaß am aktiven Kundenkontakt
