PURPOSE OF THE JOB

* Coordinate and manage teams & activities performed by Product Introduction (PI)

* Support on production site (PI logistic, FM Coordinator)

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Key accountabilities:

* Support customer site set-up in terms of special tools, consignment stock, ...

* Supervise PI logistic/materials in (COMPANY NAME) manufacturing site with regards to consignment stock availability, delivery and repair loop (including over warranty lifetime)

* Coordinate & supervise stock and logistics costs

* Contribute to claims and negotiations with external supplier (regarding PI activities)

* Support field modification preparation with material, tools, documentation

* Ensure compliance to standard processes (ISO, EHS) for PI Support teams

* Promoting the (COMPANY NAME) Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct

* Support PI Supplier Performance Managers in back-charging process with ensuring relevant PI documentation

Performance measurements:

* Respect of allocated Quality Cost Delivery (QCD) budgets

* Zero Deviation (EHS)

* Achievement of contractual availability (milestone) targets

* PI Support Competencies development

* Workload management

* Customer Site PI Support audit results (internal and external)

* Customer satisfaction survey result regarding PI Implementation scope

MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES

Educational Requirements

Mandatory:

* (Post) Graduate in Engineering or Industrial ("Internal Graduation" ("cadre interne" in F) acceptable)

* Internal EHS training

* English

Desirable:

Master's degree in Engineering

Experience

Mandatory:

* Several years of technical experience, mechanical or electrical / electronics (> 10 years for Senior position)

* Field Experience (> 5 years for Senior position)

* Project Execution (technical/industrial/Procurement/Supply Chain)

* Installation and Test & Commissioning team

* Team management

* General Railway and Product knowledge

* Railway safety

* EHS knowledge and exposure

* Customer contact

* Self-government

Desirable:

* RAM

* Problem Solving skills

* Data analytics (Defect Management system)
