Position 1 > Digital Sales Manager: German-speaking markets

Alpha Zeta Media operates niche media paysites across German-speaking Europe under well-known specialty brands.
We are an innovative and creative team. We are looking for team players, curious, passionate, happy, and proactive people.
We are looking for a Digital Sales Manager that is a native German speaker with an excellent level of English. You will join a new dynamic team managing and developing German-speaking markets.
You will be in charge of establishing and maintaining collaboration with our content providers and clients to achieve sales goals. We expect you to take your own executive decisions on a daily basis. Proactivity, independence, and problem-solving mentality is a must for this role as you'll have full responsibility of enlarging our client base and overall revenue for the region.
What will be your responsibilities:
Generate new business to develop the company's presence in German-speaking Europe.
Establish and maintain collaboration clients and content providers.
Manage the client portfolio by monitoring and analyzing key metrics to ensure that we are delivering on our commitments; and
Identify further business opportunities (new services or product features).
Maintain a close relationship with other team members to contribute your market intelligence.
Profil requis du candidat:
What you need to bring to the table:
Sales or business development experience in Digital Businesses (Digital is a keyword!)
Knowledge of Online Marketing Metrics and business models; CPC, CPM, CPL, etc.
Online marketing knowledge and experience with web analytics, SEM, SEO, CRM.
Native German speaker + excellent level of English.
Sales-driven approach, as this is a market development type of role.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills (important to recognize patterns), coupled with strong problem-solving ability.
