Your Tasks:
As a Senior Cloud Architect at (COMPANY NAME) Services, you are providing consultative, architectural, program and engineering support for our customers' journeys to the cloud. As part of this journey you are delivering innovative solutions that are tailored to the specifics needs of our customers. Building on your extensive experience with AWS you are building next-generation cloud native applications, sophisticated system integrations or ambitious cloud migration projects in a team of brilliant builders

In this client facing role you need to be able to translate between business and tech. By building pragmatic IT solutions for real world problems you create value for our customers every single day. Being able to deliver across different technology stacks with deep hands-on-skills you support your team and our customers by coaching, teaching and giving advice. As a positive, forward-looking person you have good written and verbal communication skills (English B2 & Spanish C1 minimum level). You can describe requirements through simple, clear-cut user stories and technical specifications. You are always looking to learn something new and know about the latest technical trends.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
'- AWS ecosystem
- Microservices (Java Springboot and others), Serverless
- Microservices containers & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, etc)
- Programming languages: Java, Node.js, Python, JavaScript, PHP
- DevOps and CI/CD principles (Jenkins, AWS DevOps, Github, etc.)
- Architecture-Design: Cloud-native and Cloud-ready applications (APIenabled, containerization)
- API REST, API Gateways, Swagger, OAuth
- Advisory, onsultancy and development experience in technical projects and services:
- Cloud-native application development (PaaS, API management, microservices, Serverless technology)
- 2+ years of experience in AWS, Azure Openshift, Google or (COMPANY NAME) Cloud technologies
- 4-5 years of experience in delivering IT projects
- 2+ year of experience in architecting in enterprises using agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban), Design Thinking

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- AWS certifications
- Domain Driven Design and Event Storm methodologies
- Cloud affinity assessment
- Application discovery tools & assessments for modernization: (COMPANY NAME) ADDI, CAST, Transformation Advisor, etc
- Background in legacy Enterprise applications: JEE, zOS/COBOL/CICS/DB2, AS/400, etc
