Job Description

The Process & Tools and Reporting Analyst primary responsibilities will be to support the development and implementation of an infrastructure to track performance and to facilitate the management of the procurement organization. He/ she will also support the development of the market intelligence capability for BIC and implementation of a contract warehouse. The Process & Tools and Reporting Analyst will be the liaison between Strategic Sourcing and Finance, tracking budgetary impact and co-developing the reinvestment strategy of savings captured. He/ She will report to the Process & Tools and Reporting Manager.
Key Missions:
The Process & Tools and Reporting Analyst key missions will be:
* Create and publish savings tracking reports - overall and family-specific savings performance tracking reports monthly, tracking actual performance against savings goals
* Maintain preferred liaison with Finance - The Process & Tools and Reporting Analyst will ensure savings are identified, communicated, captured and sustained throughout the BIC organization, and will work with Finance to identify and develop reinvestment plans
* Supports Sourcing Managers by conducting key financial analyses as needed - Provides support to Heads of Procurement and Buyers in the development of optimal sourcing strategies by conducting various analyses
* Develop and implement supplier scorecard system - The Process & Tools and Reporting Analyst will work with buyers to identify evaluation metrics for suppliers. He/ She will ensure supplier performance is tracked objectively and on a regular basis
* Contract warehousing - Current and accurate warehousing of all contracts negotiated by the strategic sourcing organization will be the responsibility of the Process & Tools and Reporting Analyst. Responsible for tracking percent of contracts that are warehoused
* Assist in development of annual performance objectives - The Process & Tools and Reporting Analyst should assist in the development of annual performance goals and savings targets for the Procurement organization to support the achievement of year-over-year productivity
* Develop and implement digital tools to facilitate operations within the procurement organization
* Support capability building program to ensure the continuous development of skills within the procurement organization. The Process & Tools and Reporting Analyst will be leveraging in person and online training session, involving expert buyers if need be
* Uphold internal and external policies, regulations and laws

Technical
* Knowledgeable about data management tools and software applications, e.g., Intranet, Extranet, Access, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerBi
* Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable working with multiple functions and management/personnel levels
* Strong financial analysis skills
