The Corporate Security Business Partners organization is looking for a Transverse Security Business Partner.

This organization is partnering with the business functions in effectively addressing security and supporting the business strategy.

Within this corporate organization, the Transverse Security Business Partners department focuses on the following business functions:

Your mission, should you accept it…

Establish and nurture a strong partnership with the business functions to ease their understanding of security, to support them in their security maturity assessment journey until the integration of the security into their business processes, organization and project deliverables.

This partnership shall also enable you to ensure that security capabilities delivered by the Corporate Security organization are adapted to current & future business needs.

Additionally, this privileged relationship allows you to ensure that the core functions expectations are considered within the Corporate security strategy and deliverables to protect (COMPANY NAME) business.

Within the transverse business functions / domains, your mission consists in:
* Supporting main security projects/programmes, and supporting the Security by Design deployment in projects at all levels,
* Managing & driving the Security Maturity program and remediation actions follow-up,
* Animating an open and transparent exchange between the business functions concerning security constraints, needs and associated solutions to identify synergies, economies of scale and exchange on experiences,
* Promoting and communicating about the security toward business and being the voice of business in the security community,
* Contributing to the definition and fostering the continuous improvement of the Security Business Partners related processes and capabilities.

Your mission will involve some travels for business (Europe/Worldwide) and, as such, you must be able to travel accordingly.

Your assets…

You are educated with a Master's Degree or equivalent in Aerospace, Engineering, Business Management, or IT. Ideally you are skilled in cybersecurity or you show a strong appetite for the IT domain. You can rely on your good understanding of the general, technical and business environment in which (COMPANY NAME) operates.

Being familiar with one or more of the project methodologies (e.g. PM Toolkit, GPP, Scrum, SAFe…) and risk management methodology will be a strong asset for the success of this mission.

You're customer focused, proactive and self-organized and you're able to work in a complex environment with a capacity to coordinate stakeholders from different locations & organizations and to convince a diverse audience (non-technical, extremely technical or C-suites).

Your excellent interpersonal skills as well as written/verbal communication and presentation skills are supportive assets. You express a sense of curiosity and team spirit, with a desire to learn for oneself and the others.

Your advanced level in English is a must, and your knowledge of other languages is much appreciated.
