The Position

The opportunity:

The Tax and Compensation Specialist in the Mobility AoP (Area of Practice) is responsible for supporting the tax program, addressing issues related to Mobility Tax, Social Security, International Payroll, and Compensation.
Your main responsibilities will be:

* Coordinating with external advisors and managing agreed services to ensure accurate and timely preparation and submission of tax returns for (COMPANY NAME)'s mobile employees, following internal policies.
* Providing clear and concise advice and communication to globally mobile employees regarding their tax obligations, payroll, and compensation queries.
* Investigating and resolving tax and payroll discrepancies in collaboration with the Global Tax Vendor, identifying opportunities to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.
* Supporting the completion and review of payroll processes, addressing reconciliation variances with (COMPANY NAME) payroll and implementing improvements with the Global Tax Vendor.
* Collaborating with P&C (People & Culture), finance, and legal teams to align payroll and compensation practices with company policies.
* Monitoring monthly KPIs with the Global Tax Vendor, identifing root causes of discrepancies, and ensuring accurate payroll reports.
* Developing and delivering training programs for internal stakeholders on mobility tax, Social Security, and payroll issues if required.

Who you are:
* You have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field, plus a professional certification (e.g., CPA, CTA) is preferred.
* You have a proven track record (at least 5 years) of experience in global mobility tax, international payroll, or compensation management.
* You have a strong understanding of global tax and social security regulations, payroll processes, immigration and compensation practices.
* You have strong communication and interpersonal skills with strong focus on customer experience
* You are able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high performing organization
