Your contribution to something big:
► Core member in the project team, responsible for the system performance of eAxle
► Contribution to the customer requirement analysis to derive performance requirements
►Calculation and optimization of eAxle performance (peak and continuous torque and power)
►Determining temperature dependent efficiency maps on eAxle system level.
►Optimization and harmonization of eAxle parameters and its sub-systems (eMotor, transmission and power electronic unit) to deliver performance targets.
► Development of simulation and calculation methods and models for prediction of system behavior from performance aspects. Validation and fine-tuning of the models based on experimental data.
►Contribution to the definition of measurement procedure for validation of simulation models.
► Support of product development process with proposals based on simulation results.
► Close cooperation with system requirement engineering, design and testing.
What distinguishes you
► Completed studies on the field of Electrical engineering, Mechatronics, Transportation engineering, Mechanical engineering or similar.
►Several years of experience MatLab and/or SimuLink model development
► Goal-oriented, independent and structured work
► eMachine and Power Electronics dimensioning experience
►Strong theoretical background on the field of eMachine control.
► Good communication and coordination skills
► High motivation and flexibility
► Very good knowledge of English
► Knowledge about e-mobility trends, markets and systems
► Experience on the field of performance and loss measurement techniques
