Medical Advisor - Rare Diseases
Location: Budapest, Hungary
Introduction to Role:
Join our team as a Medical Advisor specializing in rare diseases. In this role, you will be the owner of the (sub) therapy area medical function, actively participating in the brand team from a medical perspective. This includes strategy, tactics, and projects. You will also work closely with selected Key External Experts (KEEs) within your dedicated therapy area, using your extensive knowledge for positive impact on the lives of all people affected by rare diseases.
Accountabilities:
To provide professional medical support and input to planned promotional activity. You will prepare internal educational material for sales representatives and deliver medical training for the marketing and sales department staff. You will also keep up-to-date knowledge in relevant areas of clinical and theoretical medicine by continuously reviewing relevant literature, supervising competitor's activities, networking with experts, and attending both local & international conferences.
Crucial Skills/Experience:
* University degree (graduate level) in Medicine or Pharmacy
* Proven experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company
* Proficiency in English and Hungarian
* Digital literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook)
* Driving licence "B", driving practice and willingness to travel
Desirable Skills/Experience:
* Knowledge of relevant Therapy Area (haematology, nephrology)
* GCP licence
