We're looking for German speaking salespeople to manage accounts and skyrocket customer growth. If you're a self-starter with a consultative approach to selling - with experience pitching sales to any audience, and cultivating great client relationships - this job is for you!

The Role

The Sales Development Representative will play a key role in driving new business for the Sales teams by qualifying leads generated through inbound email campaigns and calls. The lead qualification role will manage the early stages of the sales process for (COMPANY NAME)'s sales organization, identifying and cultivating new sales opportunities that fuel pipeline growth. The person in this role will work closely with (COMPANY NAME)'s Account Executives and marketing team to identify and capitalize on areas of opportunity.


* Vigorously qualify and develop inbound leads over the phone and through e-mail

* Conduct high level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts

* Complete accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in Sxxxxxxxxx.xxm and other tools

* Focus on customer success and exceeding customer expectations


* Can speak fluent English and German

* Find new business opportunities through inbound emails and calls

* Learn and execute a proven process to generate new business opportunities

* Schedule appointments with customers to review potential needs

* Book discovery calls with prospects for Account Executive

* Manage and maintain lead pipeline in Salesforce CRM.

* Participate in ongoing sales development trainings and meetings
