Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Guarantee the Safety and Quality of our products in Supply Chain by the execution and support of AIB and QC audits; front line training in Warehouses, Freight, Distribution Centers, Sales and Customers. Implementation of continuous improvement process in Gamesa, Sabritas, C&NB and Foods BU´s, through the definition of quality standards and No debates of sensitive product handling.
Execute and develop negotiation strategies with Planning, Productivity, Customer Service, Plants, Critical Control Verification and Procurement to achieve the requirements of our Customers and Consumers.

Your Impact
* Achieve score in FS Audits in Warehouses & DC´s.
* Customer satisfaction throught the fulfillment of Quality standards in Warehouses and Freight.
* Anual savings due to Quality Losess reduction, generated by operating practices in Supply Chain.
* Quality training for Warehouse, Sales and Customers.
* Create policies, procedures and visual aids for the execution of the Quality Programs in Supply Chain.
* Market sampling to evaluate product performance.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Specialty in Food Science with minimum 2 year experience in similar position.
Knowledge in statistical programs (LSS methodology).
Internal Auditor.
Knowledge in FSMA standards - 22000 (Nice to have)
English intermediate.
Office advanced.
Experiencie with Reports and Data.
Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and networking.
Adaptability to changes and agility to learning.
Moderator skills and people management.
Teamwork, proactive, time management.
Focus on Customer Service / Service attitude.
Ability to communicate, negotiate, influence and skills of effective presentations.
Adaptability to the geographical conditions of the region in Mexico: climatic changes for pest control.
Travel availability and/or change of residence.
