About The Role:
Kyriba is seeking a Global Benefits Specialist (Non-US) based in Poland to optimize employee benefits across EMEA, NORAM, LATAM and APJ. You will be the regional subject-matter expert (reporting into the Global Benefits & Wellness Leader) for day-to-day benefits administration, governance, vendor management, and employee experience-ensuring programs are market-competitive, compliant, scalable, and aligned with Kyriba's Total Rewards philosophy. You'll partner closely with Global Total Rewards, Employee Success, HRBPs, Payroll, Legal, Finance, and HRIS.
What You'll Do:
* Streamline current day-to-day benefit administration
* Lead annual plan renewals, market reviews, and design changes across EMEA, NORAM, LATAM & APJ; recommend enhancements grounded in benchmarking, claims/utilization trends, and employee feedback.
* Align to Kyriba's global Total Rewards framework while tailoring to local market norms and statutory requirements (e.g., ZUS/PIT in Poland, NHS in the UK, CPF in Singapore, SHI in Japan).
* Maintain a multi-year regional benefits roadmap balancing cost, competitiveness, wellbeing, and DEI goals.
* Manage relationships with brokers, TPAs, and insurers, PEO.
* Ensure compliance with statutory benefits, social insurance, pensions, and mandated reporting across EMEA, NORAM, LATAM, and APJ jurisdictions.
* Partner with Legal, Payroll, and external advisers on audits, regulatory changes, and governance; maintain policy and plan documentation.
* Partner with Employee Success (HR Operations) to manage eligibility, enrolments, life events, and offboarding in Workday and vendor portals.
* Resolve complex employee inquiries and escalations; analyze case trends and implement process improvements.
* Track KPIs (cost, participation, utilization, NPS, SLA adherence); conduct quarterly reviews.
* Forecast benefits costs, support budgeting and accruals, and partner with Finance on variance analyses.
* Process and manage all invoices and payments in collaboration with the finance team, payroll and vendor partners.
What You'll Bring:
* 7+ years of progressive global benefits experience across EMEA, NORAM, LATAM, and APJ; multi-national tech/SaaS background preferred.
* Deep knowledge of statutory and market practices across health, life/disability, retirement/pension, and leave programs; proven broker management and plan design optimization.
* Hands-on Workday (or equivalent HCM) proficiency; comfortable with audits, data integrity, and reconciliations.
* Analytical and structured; fluent in Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, and PowerPoint/Slides, including dashboards and executive summaries.
* Excellent communicator with ability to localize complex topics across cultures and languages.
* High ownership, bias for action, and ease operating across time zones in a matrixed environment.
* Bachelor's degree required; CEBS, CIPD, or AHRI certifications a plus.
* Fluency in English required.

At Kyriba we value pay transparency and fairness.
For new hires, the annual base salary range for this role is zł168,500.00 - zł213,125.00 based on a full-time schedule. Salary can progress beyond this range through sustained performance and demonstrated success in the role. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for variable compensation (eg. performance bonus or commission-based plan) and a long-term incentive. The final package will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and qualifications.
