Key Responsibilities
* Deliver individual objectives of the area in line with promotional & marketing strategy
* Executing promotional plans and their implementation at individual regions)
* Monitoring KAMs' development in accordance with corporate standards
* Matrix management in accordance with internal procedures
* Share & learn his/her experience with/from the direct reports.
Qualifications & Experience
Understanding:
* Scientific knowledge (Disease Expertise, patient journey, key studies, external environment) - Ensure that a high level of product, therapy area, local health economy and external knowledge is gained and retained, both through company-initiated training programs and self-study.
* Customer needs (Customer Individual Style, Patients Profile, and Treatment Objectives) - Ensure the right usage of questions, listen & interpret the accounts' current needs, priorities, attitudes, challenges and drivers across clinical or other parameters.
* Business understanding - Cross KPIs understanding with networks and environment knowledge to bring actionable and performance-oriented insights
* Corporate standards knowledge (BMS policies & the local law Expertise)
Planning:
* Territory action plan
* Account action plan - Identify barriers and opportunities for the relevant and specific disease area & region through deep accounts insight and local knowledge. Develop and implement both long- and short-term promotional plans for all identified accounts in order to overcome barriers and maximize opportunities in line with brand strategy. Routinely contribute market intelligence into brand team.
* Multi-channels & cross-functional plan
Execution:
* Cycle action plan implementation - Ensure resources allocated to account activities are prioritized appropriately and deployed effectively in line with both brand plan and local promotional plan.
* Interaction effectiveness - Continuously clarify the objectives & goals of each stakeholder. Continually monitor local situation and make timely recommendations to ensure plans remain optimal.
* Promotional plans implementation - Effectively implement both promotional and account elements of the brand plan, including regular progress reviews and adherence to defined metrics. Constantly champion account management approach and behaviors, particularly collaboration both internally & externally.
* Multi-channel execution
* Compliance - All activities must be fully compliant with all BMS policies & the local law.
The position works in full compliance with laws, industry regulations, BMS Policies and Procedures including Business Rules as well as the BMS Standards of Business Conduct and Ethics.
Skills, Competencies and Knowledge
* Proven track record of success in leading Key Account Managers
* Relevant education, e.g. an academic degree (medical, life science, economics, business management)
* Experience in working in oncology environment
* Experience in working with drug programs, pulmonology and urology is welcome
* Execution Excellence
* Coaching skills
* Business planning - Experience in analyzing complex issues, utilizing strategic thinking and implementing tactical plans
* Resource allocation and utilization skills, analytical skills
* Experience in effectively and persuasively articulating complex issues to key stakeholders
* Understanding of healthcare systems, including funding policies. Pharmaceutical law & Medical Reimbursement Act
* Understanding of Bristol-Myers Squibb products and its priority business objectives.
* Good English

On-site Protocol
BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:
Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility.
