Description du poste:
We are looking for a strategic and data-driven professional to join our team as the Healthcare Excellence Manager for Czech Republic and Slovakia, supporting CEE-wide initiatives. You will act as a key partner to the Head of SN CZSK and SN Director CEE, driving commercial impact through expert use of CRM systems, actionable data insights, and the coordination of CEE projects. This role focuses on maximizing HCP engagement and optimizing sales force effectiveness across the region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
CRM & Data Excellence
* Serve as the CRM system expert for CZSK, ensuring optimal use, user support, and training.
* Lead implementation and continuous improvement of new CRM functionalities.
* Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and Power BI reports.
* Extract, analyze, and communicate actionable insights from CRM and sales data.
* Support HCP targeting and database management in collaboration with field teams.
Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE)
* Drive SFE by developing and maintaining clear KPIs and measurement tools.
* Analyze input (CRM), output (field activity), and outcome (sales) data to generate business insights.
* Support sales force optimization, sizing, and incentive modeling.
* Collaborate on business performance analysis and reporting.
* Contribute to the design and execution of SFE initiatives that improve sales team productivity and HCP engagement.
* Note: SFE frameworks refer to structured approaches for measuring, analyzing, and improving sales force performance, including KPIs, reporting tools, and best practice processes.
Territory Business Planning
* Support territory business planning by providing data, insights, and recommendations for resource allocation and HCP engagement.
* Maintain master data for territory alignments and customer (HCP) management.
* Collaborate with business insights and operations on territory-related projects.
CEE Coordination
* Coordinate CEE HCE team activities for specific projects and tasks.
* Harmonize and synergize HCE topics across CEE.
* Represent CZSK in CEE/global forums and cascade global priorities.
* Share best practices and support cross-country initiatives, without direct line management of the CEE HCE team.
Multichannel Engagement
* Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to design and execute multichannel HCP engagement strategies.
* Ensure integration of digital, in-person, and remote channels to optimize reach and impact.
* Support the adoption of new engagement models and technologies across the organization.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Business, Life Sciences, or related field preferred
* Experience: 4+ years in analytical/leadership roles; 2+ years with CRM systems in healthcare/pharma
* Technical Skills: CRM (Salesforce, Veeva, or similar), Power BI, advanced Excel, data analytics, reporting
* Industry Knowledge: Experience in medical/pharma sector preferred; understanding of HCP engagement models
* Competencies: Strategic thinking, strong communication, stakeholder management, project leadership
* Languages: Fluent English; Czech/Slovak is a plus
