For our Sales and Service Company in Romania we are looking for a new colleague for our Finance Team in a part-time position of 20 hours/week.

As Controller for the Region AT & SEE (m/f/x) you …
* Generate comprehensive internal and external financial reports, encompassing various KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
* Analyze actual versus budget/forecast discrepancies and summarize insights for monthly management meeting.
* Provide accurate financial updates to managers (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually) to facilitate informed decision making.
* Implement dashboards together with our data analytics team and contribute knowledge on commercial and financial aspects.
* Coordinate, support and prepare of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts in close collaboration with the controller team in our region and the management.
* Prepare tailored ad-hoc reports and support the local management by analyzing and monitoring specific business sectors.
* Actively engage in cross-regional projects and contribute valuable process improvement proposals.

You´ve come to the right place in our team if you have …
* Higher education in Finance (Bachelor or Master), ideally with a major in Controlling
* In-depth knowledge of controlling (reporting, analysis, budgeting and CF), financial analysis and legislation in the financial-accounting field (IFRS & local Gap)
* 2-4 years of experience in a similar position (preferably in an international / global company)
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in Romanian and English
* Advanced MS Office skills (Excel advanced level, Power BI), SAP (preferably)
* Analytical, independent, structured, and precise way of working
* Ability to meet deadlines
* Good ability to assess, analyze, make decisions on time and solve problems
* Ability to coordinate several projects and responsibilities in parallel
* Ability to communicate with different stakeholders and to cooperate in an international team
* Willingness to travel
