Description du poste:
1. Establish goals regarding market quality, and manage market quality index in order to achieve the goals.
2. Identify and analyze the market defects and customer complaints and share with the relative departments to solve problems.
Role and Responsibilities
1. [Quality goal setting] Help collect information to establish the objectives regarding market quality such as identifying the sales/results of the similar products that have already been sold and the level of customer demand.
2. [Market defect management] Support quality index management periodically.
3. [Customer response] Check the details of customer complaints.
4. [Installation quality management] Support gathering the installation quality audit results.
5. [Professional counseling management] Help carry out root cause analysis and establish countermeasures for cases of non-defective goods, and promote application of the initial consultation stage.
6. [Problem identification/ solving] Help collect market quality problems.
7. [Effectiveness analysis and follow-up management] Help analyze the effectiveness (effectiveness verification) of the improved/solved problems and carry out follow-up management.
