(COMPANY NAME) is seeking an experienced team lead and people manager to join its EMEA Publisher Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a Commercial team focused on acquiring, optimizing and growing the Audience Network. This position requires demonstrated management expertise, marketplace expertise, ability to foster executive level Publisher relationships and a passion for growing (COMPANY NAME)'s Audience Network business. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing team and drive successful outcomes for our strategic customers while shaping how our business and products evolve. This is a One year Maternity Cover position based in London ideally with a start date of May 2020.

MANAGER, PUBLISHER SOLUTIONS - EMEA AUDIENCE NETWORK (ONE YEAR MATERNITY COVER) RESPONSIBILITIES

*

Management, Coaching and Development of a Team of Sales professionals

*

Develop and execute sub-regional market strategy. Work towards long-term ambitious goals, while executing to intermediate milestones

*

Consistently meet and exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly revenue targets on existing Client Base and New Acquisitions

*

Foster relationships with C-level executives at top-tier publisher clients.

*

Support team in negotiations and contract terms for new publisher, content owners and distributors.

*

Lead development of strong customer engagement models

*

Support Account Planning, Business Reviews, Contract Negotiation and Upsell Pipeline Management

*

Reporting on revenue trends, market feedback, business forecasting and goaling

*

Work with other members of the Audience Network team and the EMEA leadership team to build on and drive the long-term business plan for the region

*

Provide local thought leadership in the region and represent (COMPANY NAME) at various industry conferences, publisher events and developer forums

*

Maintain a deep understanding of (COMPANY NAME)'s Audience Network products and service offerings, adapt quickly to product changes and communicate these strategically to stakeholders

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

*

Extensive commercial experience in digital marketing

*

Demonstrated ability to coach and manage a range of IC levels and multiple functional roles at one time (Significant experience in people management)

*

Ability to develop strong relationships and engage in strategic conversations with senior executives with publishers, content owners, and key content distributors

*

Deep understanding of the mobile app developer, media publishers and broadcaster ecosystems and competitive monetization solutions

*

Relationships within the mobile ecosystem, ideally with top app developers and publishers

*

Ability to explain technical solutions, establish goals, develop opportunities, and provide reporting/dashboards to identify trends and improve the customer experience

*

Working knowledge and/or experience with any of the following business models: App Bidding, App / Gaming monetization

*

Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills

*

Proven problem-solving, organisational skills and attention to detail

*

Ability to thrive in a fast paced, fluid and collaborative environment

*

Willingness and ability to travel about 30% of time

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

*

Russian or Hebrew language skills a plus
