Junior Client Relationship Support Professional

What it's about

(COMPANY NAME) was among the first global private market investment managers to work with institutional clients in Latin America starting more than a decade ago. Since then, (COMPANY NAME) has developed a market leading position with many of the largest pension funds, insurance companies, family offices and private banks across Latin America.

This position will join the ambitious and dynamic Client Solutions Latin America team based in Colorado. The main functions of this position are expected to include:

* Support client-facing sales professionals by helping to prepare for client meetings (logistics, presentations, client updates), roadshows and (COMPANY NAME) client events

* Assist with preparing information for client due diligence questionnaires, client portfolio updates, and ad-hoc client requests

* Manage and maintain (COMPANY NAME)'s CRM software tool to organize client and prospective clients' information

* Assist with client due diligence (KYC) information-gathering for new and existing clients

* Engage in additional projects such as identifying new potential clients, analyzing regulatory issues in Latin America for potential changes affecting private markets and/or analyzing clients' overall portfolios to customize potential solutions

* Less than 10% of time expected to be required for travel

* Bachelor's degree and strong academic background
* 1-3 years of work experience (preferably in financial services and/or sales/marketing experience)
* Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with native Spanish language skills (most business conducted in English; however, Spanish speaking/writing skills are extremely helpful)
* Excellent organization, project management and multitasking skills
* Self-drive to find ways to improve the team's efficiency and effectiveness with clients
* Passion for working with institutional clients in a very professional, ethical way
* Reliable, positive attitude and team player
* Ability to form relationships throughout the firm in order to best access information for client purposes
