Quality Systems Specialist (Project-Based)
This role will be responsible for coordinating customer complaints related to manufactured products to achieve a good customer experience and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.
Key responsibilities:
* Process customer feedback to ensure that all relevant activities related to customer complaints are in accordance with GMP requirements;
* Manage a central database for the management of qualitative deviations ("Quality alerts");
* Participation on RCA (root cause analysis) in justified complaints;
* Performing GEMBA with focus on customer complaints;
* Update relevant guidelines to align with global requirements and train employees when changing the instruction;
* Propose improvements to processes in this concrete area;
Salary: 1600 EUR/month/brutto

Knowledge/Education/Experience Required:
* English - advanced (B2 level or higher)
* Strong attention to detail
* Time management
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written
* Analytical thinking
Technical expertize:
* Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint - advanced
* Basic understanding of Network, Sharepoint, Teams
* Database management skills
* Knowledge of SAP is advantage
