Role Description:
The colleague in this role will be responsible for pre-launch planning of pipeline assets. The primary focus is to optimize market access and pricing conditions of the assets with innovative strategies. The colleague should work with cross functional teams to maximize the value of the in-line products while ensuring access of the new assets. The colleague should closely monitor the developments in the healthcare environment to highlight any possible actions impacting (COMPANY NAME) Turkey business while engaging key internal/external stakeholders for access of patients to these assets.
Role Responsibilities:
* Business plannning of pipeline assets
* Develop and implement market access strategies for pre-launch assets
* Improve reimbursement conditions of in-line assets
* Ensure optimum pricing strategies for in-line assets
* Prepare pricing and reimbursement applications for related products
* Insight generation by analyzing competitors' pricing, reimbursement and sectoral analysis
* Closely monitor developments in healthcare environment
* Management of internal and external stakeholders impacting market access environment
Qualifications:
* Has a good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
* Preferably has previous market access or product&project management experience
* Ability to work in a matrix and in cross-functional teams (collaboration); considers different drivers and perspectives of various stakeholders; identify complex cause and effect relationships (analytical skills); result oriented and drive; comfortable working under time pressure, time management and effective prioritization skills.
* Managing complexity
* Broad scanner: appetite for learning in different domains (medical, pricing, market access, regulatory)
* Speaking fluent English & Turkish
