Within our application engineering department we deal with large projects for navies around the world. Various scrum teams work to translate requirements into robust software that is able to protect a ship and its crew.

About the assignment

We often deal with large scale projects for navies around the world. With the large projects, a great amount of requirements, often thousands, have to be processed and interpreted. The information is then used by solution and system engineers for functional and technical interpretation to turn it into a product. Proper understanding of the requirements is essential to deliver a good product. In this assignment we want to challenge you to find suitable ways of applying LLMs or suitable other technology in our requirements engineering process. As we often deal with sensitive data a hard requirement is that any prototype should be able to run on-premise and doesn't require an internet connection.
