Want to shape real innovations during your studies? You can do exactly that in our Innovation Management team! We're looking for you to join us for an exciting internship (minimum 6 months) in the field of techno-economic analysis (TEA) of innovative chemical processes.
In addition to our wide range of benefits, you can expect an attractive salary of EUR2,100 gross/month for a full-time position. Furthermore, you can organize your working day as you wish - with flexible working hours and the option of up to 50% remote work upon agreement.

These Tasks Await You
* You'll work in a dynamic team on forward-thinking projects in plastics circular economy
* You'll develop process flow diagrams and implement them in simulations
* You'll calculate energy and mass balances, size equipment, and create cost estimates for new processes
* Additionally, you'll work on process development and process design topics
* You'll develop practical design tools using Python or VBA
* Direct interaction with experts from various disciplines makes your workday particularly exciting

This Makes You Our Perfect Match
* You're pursuing a Master's degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
* You have initial experience with process simulation tools like Aspen Plus or AVEVA Simcentral
* You're familiar with basic unit operations in process engineering
* Bonus: You have experience in cost estimation of chemical processes or techno-economic analyses
* A plus is either experience in process development OR programming skills
* Basic knowledge of Python or VBA is helpful but not required
* You communicate confidently in English; German language skills are advantageous
* You think analytically and maintain a structured approach even with complex tasks
