Description du poste:

About BCW :
As the global communications agency in the business of moving people, BCW guides client partners to powerful, culturally relevant ideas, programs and messages that inspire their key stakeholders to think differently, feel deeply and act urgently.
BCW's commitment to moving people starts with our employees. Here you'll find ways to ignite your growth while doing meaningful work for exceptional clients in an environment that prioritises your success, compels collaboration and celebrates learning. We're committed to moving our people forward in their careers and helping them learn and grow as people and professionals.
We wholly believe that creating truly inclusive and innovative solutions is critical to our success. So Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accountability (I.D.E.A.) are embedded into everything we do for our people, agency, clients and the communities we serve. We strongly encourage applications from talent across all dimensions of race/ethnicity and the LGBTQ+, differently abled and veteran communities.
And while there is no one kind of BCW person, everyone at BCW has something in common: A mindset, a way of responding to challenges with openness, curiosity and a commitment to learning. BCW will feed that drive by rewarding courageous tenacity and nurturing your dynamic career.
The Role
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven bi/trilingual Communications Intern with a focus on the Belgium/Luxembourg market to join our award-winning communications agency for a 6-month paid internship starting at the end of February.
We know that unicorns don't exist. Still, we are looking for someone with strengths and a desire to grow in key areas such as creative thinking, writing, data and digital intelligence, social media and campaigning, or media relations. If that is you, our collaborative and international team can provide a dynamic learning environment and the opportunity to work on challenging projects.
You'll be part of the Digital & Creative Communications Hub as we Move People through storytelling. You'll support us as we transform complex issues - including policy issues - into engaging and accessible content in the hybrid space between paid, earned, shared and owned media. Supported by data-driven insights, our work empowers clients to reach their objectives through effective communication.
We provide a space for each team member to constantly grow and develop, with each project providing a new opportunity to expand our collective knowledge and capabilities.
What you'll do as you move with us
* Unleash your passion for digital intelligence and market/audience insights
* Dive into data sources to discover the story behind the numbers and recommend actions
* Identify opportunities to improve user journey and overall experience
* Apply a critical lens and take an editorial perspective to produce high-quality written work in Dutch or French and English that reflects our clients' needs
* Identify opportunities for creative approaches that challenge the norm
* Transform complex policy messages into engaging communication materials
* Take a holistic look at communications and monitor campaign results across all channels
* Inspire people to see the value of data, intelligence and measurement
* Gain an understanding of the client's business, challenges and opportunities
* Carry out media and stakeholder monitoring, research and analysis of issues, developments and trends to ensure the client is alerted on relevant topics
* Think outside the bubble as you participate in brainstorming sessions, help develop new business and support digital campaign development and implementation for multi-market European projects across various channels
* Work hand-in-hand with the client leader/project manager on executing all necessary tasks on client accounts
