🔍 Internship Description

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Intern to join our team in Brussels, starting 1st of February, for a full-time, on-site internship.
This internship is strictly for students currently enrolled in a university or higher education institution, and must be completed under a formal internship agreement between the student, the university, and Handary S.A., in accordance with Belgian and European regulations.
The internship is support- and operations-oriented, offering practical exposure to the daily administrative and organizational tasks of a sales and marketing department.
Main responsibilities include:

Preparing and processing invoices
Filing, organizing, and maintaining documents and records
Assisting managers and the director with administrative and operational support
Helping with the preparation and organization of certifications, compliance documents, and internal paperwork
Handling routine, repetitive, and support tasks essential to the daily functioning of the company
Providing general assistance to the sales and marketing teams as required
This role involves a significant amount of administrative work and is suitable for students who want to gain real-world experience and understand how business operations function at a practical level.

Profil requis du candidat:

🎓 Profile & Requirements

Currently enrolled in a university or higher education institution (mandatory)
Able to sign a tripartite internship agreement (student–university–company)
Valid authorization to work in Belgium
Start date: 1st of February
Duration: 6 months
Studies in Business, Marketing, Administration, International Trade, or related fields
Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
Well-organized, reliable, and comfortable with routine tasks
Proficient in MS Office
Available for a full-time internship
