🔍 Internship Description (Pure Accounting)

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Accounting Intern to join our team in Brussels, starting 1st of February, for 6 months.

This internship is strictly reserved for students currently enrolled in a university or higher education institution, and must be carried out under a formal tripartite internship agreement (student–university–company), in compliance with Belgian and European regulations.

This is a pure accounting internship, focused on day-to-day accounting and finance administration tasks.

Main responsibilities include:

Processing and recording purchase & sales invoices

Supporting basic bookkeeping and accounting entries

Organizing and maintaining accounting and financial documentation

Assisting with expense reports and document verification

Supporting the preparation of files for external accountants / auditors

Performing routine, detail-oriented accounting tasks essential to daily operations

Profil requis du candidat:

🎓 Profile & Requirements

Currently enrolled in a university or higher education institution (mandatory)

Able to sign a tripartite internship agreement

Valid authorization to work in Belgium

Available for a full-time, on-site internship in Brussels

Start date: 1st of February

Duration: 6 months

Studies in Accounting, Finance, or related fields

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Good knowledge of MS Excel / MS Office

Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
