In order to strengthen our BU Central People Team (gathering Germany, Italy & Expansion), we are looking for a dynamic and motivated People Officer Intern that can help us with people administrative processes and support in rolling out diverse projects model for the Expansion Scope. As a People Officer Intern, you will play a critical role in supporting the people function of our organization. You will be responsible for working closely with our People Business Partners to assist in the development and execution of invoices and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives. We are looking for someone who should be able to deliver high quality solutions in a timely manner and should be able to anticipate customer needs. This is why we are looking for candidates with a customer's mindset and a clear people orientation You'll work closely with the People Officer Team of the BU Central located in Leuven.      The role:   A. Support & Collaboration: Support Business Partners in master data management: make sure that process flows are followed, and all necessary systems are kept up-to-date, make sure that evidence of compliance with our processes is readily available for audits Close collaboration with Business Partners for execution of the People Cycle Close collaboration with People team in delivery of projects based on continuous improvement of our people processes Responsible for resolving employee relation issues and assist in complex cases Lead additional projects linked to the Country People Agenda which can cover trainings, events, communication etc. depending on the business needs Contribute to internal communication and the organization of internal events Support invoice processing B. Analytics: Support of People team in analyzing data and reports on KPIS and metrics related to People Topics and People Contact Model Based on analytics suggest improvements to our contact model and processes within the people team Who we're looking for:   Energetic, fair, and honest team player.
