About the role

As a Marketing Intern at Lenskart, you'll play a hands-on role in supporting local marketing initiatives that generate demand and drive traffic to both our online platform and physical stores across Saudi Arabia. You'll get first-hand experience with brand activations, retail marketing, content creation, and local influencer engagement-all while acting as an on-camera representative of the brand. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who's passionate about youth culture, fashion, content creation, and thrives in dynamic, on-ground environments.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & On-Camera Presence
* Be the face of Lenskart's local content-creating engaging and trend-driven reels, stories, and in-store content for social media.
* Shoot and edit lifestyle content that reflects Saudi fashion, culture, and eyewear trends.
* Support and participate in content shoots at popular locations and retail outlets across the region.
Local Store & Field Marketing Support
* Visit Lenskart stores regularly to capture on-ground moments, assist with activations, and understand customer interactions.
* Support retail teams during high-traffic events like store openings, Ramadan, Brand Collaborations, and other cultural celebrations.
* Help coordinate with mall management and store teams to ensure smooth execution of in-mall marketing efforts.
Youth Culture & Market Insights
* Stay on top of Region's youth trends, local events, and seasonal opportunities to keep our campaigns fresh and relevant.
* Assist in running quick surveys and collecting consumer feedback to inform local marketing efforts.
Influencer & Community Engagement
* Identify and liaise with emerging local influencers or content creators who align with the Lenskart brand.
* Support partnership activations and help manage small-scale community events or pop-ups.
Performance Monitoring
* Track and report the reach and performance of content you help create.
* Share ideas and observations from your field visits that could enhance customer engagement or store experience.

Who You Are
* An Arab or someone deeply familiar with Emirati & Saudi culture, youth lifestyle, and social media trends.
* Comfortable being on camera, with a natural presence and strong interest in fashion, lifestyle, or retail content.
* Energetic, proactive, and excited about being out in the field-whether visiting stores, creating content, or supporting live activations.
* Familiar with video editing, social media trends, and digital storytelling.
* Open to traveling across UAE for shoots, store visits, or events.
* Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
* Passionate about marketing and eager to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced brand environment
