Support the property management team in overseeing maintenance requests and resolving tenant issues.
Perform property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Assist with mail pick up and distribution for managed properties.
Support financial tasks, including rent collection, invoice processing, and budget management.
Contribute to market research and analysis to stay updated on rental trends in Barcelona.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining client records.

Profil requis du candidat:

To be currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic computer skills.
Fluency in English and high level of Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
Previous experience in customer service or real estate is desirable but not required.

Valid work permit for Barcelona is necessary. You will need a valid NIE number to be organized for the time of the start of your internship.
