The primary objective of this internship is to assist our Procurement PMO in a varied portfolio of innovation, business continuity and supply assurance projects. Typically reporting to the Project Lead.

What will you do?
* Assist to create a logical plan, realistic estimates and schedule for an activity or project segment, coordinate, and direct completion.
* Assess the risk associated with the process and the respective mitigation plan for each risk identified.
* Proactively propose process improvement ideas which can reduce time, cost, improved accuracy or enhance controls.
* Identify opportunities for loss elimination across inbound process.
* Ensure that progress, issues and agreements are properly documented and acted upon.
* Effectively communicate results, and metrics to leadership/stakeholders as required.

The ideal candidate will have skills and experience to include:
* Student or recent graduate of a bachelor's degree/master's in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial), Supply Chain or related studies.
* Ability to understand complex issues in a comprehensible way and to communicate to a wide circle of customers.
* Proactivity and ownership are critical to ensure proper traction of the projects.
* Fluency in written and spoken English.

Additional qualifications:
* Intermediate knowledge with MS Office Tools.
* Knowledge in GEP.
* Experience in Supply Chain / Procurement / Project Management is a plus.
