(COMPANY NAME) is a young recruitment agency that aims at creating a trusting and warm relationship with both clients and candidates. For this reason, we are looking for someone passionate and people-oriented to join a team of energetic, international professionals based in Barcelona. Main Responsibilities

* Assist your Buddy in his/her recruitment process, from screening CVs and interviewing
* Execute good quality candidates' search, aiming at finding candidates that match with the vacancies your Buddy and you are managing
* Check candidates' skills in phone calls and face-to-face interviews
* Understand clients' hiring needs, aiming at finding the best candidates for their positions
* After three months, manage your own recruitment processes from sourcing to hiring
* Build successful and long-lasting relationships with candidates
* Work together with your buddy in order to achieve monthly and weekly targets

Core Skills/experience

* Bachelor's degree (Grads or students)
* People-oriented candidate, able to build successful relationships at a business level
* Sales-oriented attitude, able to work under targets and pressure
* Flexible personality, capable of adapting to rapid changes
* Confident communication skills
* Bright, confident, and energetic individual who is keen to learn and take ownership of his or her work
* Attention to detail is essential
* Professional and positive attitude

* Understand clients' hiring needs that allow you to correctly filtering candidates and applications
* Check candidates' skills in face-to-face interviews
* How to prioritize your tasks following the company's objective

Our recruitment process
Step 1: phone interview with one of our Senior Talent Partners to get to know you better
Step 2: face-to-face/Skype interview with one of our Recruitment Coordinators and a Recruitment Consultant
Step 3: last interview with our Director
