Loro Piana is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Operations Intern to support operational excellence across our North American boutiques. This role offers hands-on experience within a luxury retail environment, providing insight into operational processes, store support, and project coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and passionate about driving efficiency and delivering exceptional service to our store teams.
Bachelor's Degree in Progress Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools. A passion for luxury retail operations and a commitment to supporting store success. In-store retail experience is a must
