Join our Advanced Research teams and actively contribute to the modernization and promotion of our QEHS systems, participating in the construction of tools and continuous improvement dynamics. Key Missions:
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
* Modernizing EHS System Access: Modernize access to the EHS management system, proposing solutions to facilitate and promote its use by all collaborators.
* Continuous Improvement Animation: Be responsible for creating and animating a dynamic around the continuous improvement of QEHS practices.
* Constructing a New Process Mapping: Actively participate in the construction of a new mapping of Advanced Research processes.
* Integrating Quality Processes: Ensure the integration of quality processes within this new mapping, thus guaranteeing a global and coherent vision.
* Optimizing and Promoting Usage: Contribute to the optimization of tools and methods for a better understanding and easier use of QEHS systems.

Required Profile:
* Education: Bachelor's or Master's student (Bac+4/5 equivalent) with a specialization in Quality, Environment, Health, Safety, or Information System Management, ideally with an interest in research.
* Key Knowledge:
* Proficiency in QEHS management tools and referentials (ISO 45001, ISO 9000).
* Proven ability to synthesize information.
* Personal Qualities:
* Curious and open to experimentation and learning new tools (e.g., for animation and community building).
* Proactive and with a strong capacity for proposing new ideas, willing to challenge existing practices.
