Job Description:

What will you take care of?
As a Facility Management Intern, you will be part of the Real Estate team in (COMPANY NAME) Italia:
Help shaping the future:
* You will play a central role in the building management of suppliers in the Real Estate area and you will also support the renovation project of the building in progress.
Experience cooperation:
* You will be part of a dynamic, positive team located in Milan
* You will deal with externals suppliers and with different functions in the company
Take on responsibility:
* You also actively choose to contribute in the management of a building and you will be part of strategical project of the Real Estate department.

Qualifications:

What distinguishes you?
Education:
You are a recent graduate in Building Management/Civil/Environmental/Energy Engineering
Languages: English knowledge (minimun B2), Good Italian Command
Experience and know-how: Knowledge of CAD. Interest in thermo-hydraulic, electrical and building works / construction technologies.
Personality:
* You are focused on details, a result-oriented person
* You are a proactive person.
* You are a good team worker
