Description du poste:

Within the Europe Marketing team, based in Rome, we are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Intern.
Reporting to the Europe Marketing Director, the selected candidate will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of events and contributing to the daily operational success of the Marketing department.

* Assist in the organization and coordination of events.
* Support logistics, guest list management, and material preparation.
* Support communication and coordination with external agencies as well as vendors.
* Support the marketing team in monitoring event budgets, tracking expenses, and reconciling invoices.
* Support on-site event organization, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experience.
* Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings with relevant stakeholders and preparing presentations.
* Support Invoice and Billing Management for both media and events.
* Support the team with general day-to-day tasks, for both ATL and BTL, to ensure efficient department operations

Profil requis du candidat:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Passion for the luxury industry and a keen understanding of luxury brand aesthetics and values.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of French is considered a plus.
* International experience or exposure are considered a plus.
