CRM Administrative Intern
Chloe Japan Retail
Hanzomon, Tokyo
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Administrative Intern in Chloe Japan Retail team. This role will provide the opportunity to work in the luxury brand industry.
Period: from December, 2024
Responsibilities: CRM & Retail training support (Retail Excellence)

* Conducting CRM data analysis
* Monitoring trends and best practices in CRM
* Translating global materials from English to Japanese
* Researching competitive activity in social marketing
* Participating in the development of retail strategies
* Assisting with program implementation
* Collaborating with internal partners on various projects
* Maintaining project timelines
* Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements:
* English professional working level
* Strong analytical skills
* Organized with a strong attention to detail
* A passion for marketing and have an interest in CRM
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
This is a paid internship that is part-time (20-30 hours per week)
