(COMPANY NAME) Solutions Investment Management (ISIM) is looking for a Finance and Fund Oversight Controller Trainee starting from January 2024 and for a period of 6 months.
ISIM is a subsidiary of (COMPANY NAME) Belgium (32%) and (COMPANY NAME) Luxembourg (68%). ISIM benefits from the status of a "Super ManCo" as it has received licenses to manage both UCITS and Alternative Investment Fund (AIF).
ISIM currently oversees Investment Funds distributed by different Group-entities: (COMPANY NAME) Belgium, (COMPANY NAME) Luxembourg, (COMPANY NAME) The Netherlands, (COMPANY NAME) Germany, (COMPANY NAME) Spain and (COMPANY NAME) Italy.
ISIM is the Management Company of (COMPANY NAME) Group and is pursuing its development as a key tool for Investment Fund solutions within (COMPANY NAME) Group.
It currently has over 30 employees divided into several teams.
Your Missions
As a Finance and Fund Oversight Controller Trainee, you will contribute to the oversight and control of the delegated functions (Fund Administration and Depositary) as well as to the controls performed by the Finance function.
You will be asked to assist the team in various controls, such as:
* Review and analysis of the Key Performance Indicators & Key Risk Indicators of the Funds (monthly review/exceptions reports from delegates)
* Review of the Fund expenses and the related calculation of ongoing charges
* Review of the reconciliations between the Fund records and the custodian records
* Coordination of invoice processing
* Monthly meetings with delegates
* Review of the draft annual accounts and other Fund reporting
* Preparation of the Board meetings
Given the size of the team, the Fund Controller Trainee will also provide support in various operational tasks of the ManCo whenever needed.

* Study in Economics / Finance
* Good knowledge of Word and Excel
Skills
* Flexible and eager to learn

* Fluency in French and English, knowledge of other languages being considered as an asset.
