About the role
The RMB NAMER Intern will support the administration and continuous improvement of employee recognition programs across the Americas. This role focuses on processing recognition activities, ensuring system functionality (HUDOS), and providing frontline support to employees, managers, and HR Business Partners (HRBPs).The intern will gain hands-on experience in global HR operations, stakeholder interaction, and process execution within a Shared Services (GBS) environment.
Key responsibilities
Recognition Process AdministrationProcess employee recognition submissions accurately and in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with defined recognition program guidelines and policies
Maintain data accuracy and completeness within recognition systemsSystem Support (HUDOS & Tools)Monitor and ensure proper functionality of the HUDOS bot and related tools
Escalate system issues or inconsistencies as needed
Support testing or validation activities when updates are implementedStakeholder SupportServe as a first point of contact for queries related to recognition programs(employees, managers, HRBPs)
Provide clear, professional responses aligned with program guidelines
Escalate complex issues to RMB Specialists or SMEs when requiredProcess Documentation & Continuous ImprovementSupport the documentation and update of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and user experience
Participate in team initiatives to enhance service deliveryCollaboration & LearningWork closely with the RMB NAMER team, including specialists and associates
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and project activities
Build understanding of broader Rewards & Benefits processes
Qualifications and skills
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, or related field
Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)
Strong interest in HR Operations, Rewards, or Shared Services
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Customer service mindset and effective communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Basic understanding of HR processes (preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools (preferred)
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
