About this role

Join the Order to Cash (O2C) team within our Global Finance Operations department, focusing on Corporate Clients and Collections. In this role, you will collaborate with a vibrant, international team where your growth is our priority. We embody our core values to lead, deliver, and care in everything we do.
You will take true ownership of your assignment while supporting daily operations. This role relies on a customer-centric approach and strong teamwork to deliver seamless financial processes for our global stakeholders.

Location: Amsterdam (Hybrid: 3 days a week from our Amsterdam office & 2 days working from home) Reporting to: Manager O2C Corporate Clients & Collections

These are some of the key components to the position:
* Managing day-to-day corporate operations, including applying incoming payments, issuing invoices, and tracking outstanding balances.
* Focus on operational efficiency by supporting account reconciliations and participating in global new requirement projects to help drive excellence.
* Step onto our running Continuous Improvement track, utilizing data and creative thinking to simplify processes.
* Embrace active mentorship from an experienced, multicultural team that values collaboration and helping one another succeed.

What will you bring to the team?
* You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree and are required to complete an internship as part of your academic programme.
* An analytical and structured mindset, helping you stay committed to achieving goals and solving problems efficiently.
* A proactive attitude and the eagerness to learn, take initiative, and drive excellence alongside your team members.
* Strong interpersonal skills that enable you to develop an understanding of our internal and external partners.
* A highly responsible work ethic, focusing on acting responsibly while making a lasting impact within global finance operations.
* Enrolled in a University in the Netherlands for the duration of the 6-month internship.
* Professional English language skills with excellent communication capabilities.
