Job Description Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data & Project Management Intern to support the execution of strategic cloud transformation initiatives. This role combines data analytics and program management, enabling better execution tracking, data-driven insights, and stakeholder alignment across cross-functional teams. It provides a strong foundation for a career in technology program delivery, cloud transformation, and AI-driven operations. Additionally, this role will help standardize the program execution framework, identify automation options and drive continuous improvement.
Your role:
Key responsibilities:
Program Execution & Tracking
Support tracking of milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple cloud programs Maintain and enhance program tracking tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Azure DevOps) Identify risks, delays, and execution gaps and proactively highlight to stakeholders
Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze program data to generate actionable insights and performance metrics Prepare structured reports and dashboards for leadership updates Support automation of recurring reports and data workflows
Stakeholder Coordination
Assist in preparation of leadership presentations, reviews, and executive summaries Coordinate inputs from cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Finance, Partners) Support alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
Process Improvement & Automation
Identify opportunities to improve program governance and execution processes Support implementation of automation solutions (e.g., PowerApps, workflow automation) Contribute to standardization of best practices for program management
You're the right fit if:
* Bachelor's or Master's student in business, engineering, information systems, healthcare management, or related field.
* Strong analytical and data handling skills (Excel required; Power BI / Python preferred)
* Understanding of project/program management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
* Ability to structure problems and translate data into actionable insights
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Interest in AI, digital health, or healthcare technology is a plus.
* Structured and detail-oriented
* Proactive and self-driven
* Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
We offer you:
A non-stop growth opportunity within a global multinational company. In addition, we also want to renumerate you well for the opportunity. This includes:
* Monthly full-time allowance between EUR500 - EUR700 gross, depending on your education level and if you need to relocate to The Netherlands. Part-time internships receive the allowance pro-rata.
* Housing compensation. Should you need to relocate to near our office, we'll offer you a monthly allowance of EUR300,- net if location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam, EUR255,- net for all other Philips locations. To be eligible, we'll just ask for the rental contract from your landlord, and your usual home-work travel distance needs to be more than 50 km or 1.5 hours of travel time (for a one way trip).
* Travel compensation, if you are not eligible for a free public transport card; you will receive max. EUR192,- net as a monthly allowance.
* Paid holidays per internship term.
