Principales funciones:
* Participar en procesos de atracción y evaluación de talento para posiciones corporate
* Gestionar el pipeline de candidatos y asegurar una experiencia ágil y cercana durante el proceso
* Impulsar publicaciones y estrategias de atracción a través de LinkedIn y bolsas laborales* Contribuir con ideas e iniciativas de employer branding y posicionamiento de marca empleadora
* Participar en ferias laborales y activaciones de talento
* Analizar indicadores y generar insights que permitan identificar oportunidades de mejora en TA
* Colaborar en la optimización de procesos y nuevas iniciativas del área
Requisitos:
* Recién egresado/a de Psicología, Administración, RRHH o afines
* Experiencia mínima de 6 meses en procesos de Talent Acquisition o atracción de talento
* Inglés intermedio* Manejo de Excel y PowerPoint
* Interés por herramientas de IA y automatización para optimizar procesos
* Perfil organizado, analítico y con iniciativa
