As a Graduate Intern at Arthur D. Little, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, supporting client engagements by assisting in analysis, shadowing client calls, and contributing to the preparation of reports and other deliverables. You will likely hybrid-work across client locations internationally, in both our UK offices, and from your home. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop your skills in the field of risk management and consulting.


As a Graduate Intern in Arthur D. Little's Risk and Resilience Team, your responsibilities will
encompass a wide range of activities, including:
* Supporting client engagements by assisting in research, data analysis, and developing insights to address client needs and challenges.
* Shadowing client calls and meetings, actively listening and taking notes to capture key information and contribute to the project's success.
* Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other deliverables, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery to clients.
* Collaborating with project teams, including business analysts, consultants, managers, principals, and partners, to support project delivery.
* Supporting business development initiatives by contributing to client proposals.
* Contributing to the development and enhancement of the Risk and Resilience Team's intellectual capital, sharing knowledge and insights with colleagues across the firm.


In this role at Arthur D. Little, the ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
* A strong academic background, preferably in a relevant field such as business, economics, engineering, or a related discipline.
* A keen interest in risk management and consulting, with a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex information and develop clear insights.
* Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
* A collaborative mindset, fostering a positive team environment while also demonstrating the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
