Poste et missions: We are seeking a self-motivated Assistant Technical Project Manager to join our team. As a versatile professional, you will be responsible for independently designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a primary focus on Salesforce CRM. Knowledge of Marketing Cloud is a bonus. Along with your technical expertise, you should possess strong business analysis skills to understand and translate complex requirements into effective solutions. Responsibilities: - Independently design, develop, and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on Salesforce CRM. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, and translate them into technical designs. - Conduct business analysis activities, such as process mapping, requirements gathering, and user story creation. - Build custom applications, integrations, and enhancements using Salesforce development tools like Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. - Customize and configure Salesforce CRM features, including flows, validation rules, email templates, and reports/dashboards. - Ensure optimal performance and scalability of the Salesforce platform. - Perform unit testing, code reviews, and debugging to ensure high-quality solutions. - Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices. - Independently deploy Salesforce applications, provide support during testing and training, and troubleshoot technical issues. - Apply strong problem-solving skills to understand complex business requirements and propose effective solutions

Requisiti del candidato:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - Proven experience (> 2 years) as a Salesforce Developer with a focus on Salesforce CRM. - Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. - Familiarity with Salesforce CRM customization, workflows, validation rules, and reports/dashboards. - Solid business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and user story creation. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders. - Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects. - Knowledge of Marketing Cloud is a bonus. - Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or Salesforce Certified Administrator, are a plus. - Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Core Cloud, and Marketing Cloud is a bonus
