Poste et missions: E&C China specializes in designing, engineering, manufacturing and constructing leading-edge air separation plants, syngas purification units, carbon monoxide plants, hydrogen recovery plants, and other industrial gas plants, with footprints covering more than 40 cities in China and worldwide. E&C Hangzhou is one of the leading manufacturers in the cryogenic field in China. The Engineering and Technology (E&T) department is in charge of proposals & solution development, engineering design (basic and detailed) as well as innovations & IP, with more than 100 employees. The production units are mainly Air Separation Units (ASUs) for producing O2/N2/Ar and rare gases, Steam Methane Reforming (SMRs) and also alkaline electrolysers to produce H2 and/or syngas (H2/CO). How will you contribute and grow? As a Project Management Officer, you will contribute to the following missions: Develop design tools and capitalization for heat exchangers of different types for application in ASUs / SMRs, by use of process tools (i.e ASPEN EDR or HTRI…) Develop training tools for Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and databases for safety topics to help employees safety awareness… Develop knowledge and training materials for Instrumentation engineers (analyzer technologies, SPItools, ATEX, DCS/PLC etc.) Development of digitalization concept used in engineering designs Improve and optimize the workflow (what documents are issued, what are the inputs, outputs, etc.) of some disciplines and then come up with suggestions to improve them (reduce execution time and man hours) Other daily working supporting for department or direct manager if necessary

Requisiti del candidato:

Education and working experiences: Master's Degree in Engineering related majors 2 years of work experience Soft and Hard Skills: Good abilities of organization, communication and coordination Good adaptation capacity Innovative and proactive demeanor Languages: English fluency is must have Chinese is a plus Why Join Us?
