Le Volontariat International en Entreprise est un programme unique au monde sponsorisé par le Ministère français de l'Économie, des Finances et du Travail et qui permet à (COMPANY NAME) d'offrir à de jeunes professionnels la possibilité d'acquérir une expérience rémunérée et valorisante à l'étranger, dans un métier technique ou commercial.
Le programme VIE est un contrat spécifique, en vertu des critères d'éligibilité de Business France.
Principaux critères d'exigibilité du VIE :
* Être citoyen(ne) de l'Union Européenne (plus Norvège, Islande et Liechtenstein), et candidat(e) diplômé(e) âgé(e) de 28 ans maximum.
* Avoir accompli les obligations militaires de son pays.

Vous serez en charge des activités principales suivantes :
* Soutenir la conception et le déploiement du programme Avantages
* Soutenir les activités de la Mobilité Internationale
* Soutenir les activités des RH de proximité et aider à tisser du lien entre eux et le business
* Soutenir le Marketing Employeur et les activités Recrutement afin d'attirer les talents internationaux et locaux
* Soutenir le départment Solutions Digitales RH afin d'améliorer l'efficience opérationnelle
* Soutenir les activités du départment Bien-Etre afin de booster l'expérience salarié
Des déplacements professionnels sont à prévoir en Chine et, de ce fait, vous devez être disposé(e) à vous déplacer en conséquence.
Votre carte d'embarquement :
Vous avez les expériences et les compétences suivantes :
● Vous détenez un diplôme mini. niveau Licence en RH ou autre discipline apparentée
● 2 ans d'expérience en RH (hors alternance et stages d'études)
● Excel / Powerpoint / Word maîtrisés, Power BI et/ou Google Suite seraient un plus
En outre, vous êtes en mesure de démontrer les compétences suivantes :
* Bonne communication
* Capacité à influencer et négocier
* Capacité d'analyse et digitale
* Gestion de projet
● Anglais niveau avancé

Your challenges:
Your main tasks will include: (Bullet points to be used)

* Support HRBP activities to be the bridge between HR and business;

This role will involve some travel for business in China and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.
Your boarding pass:

● Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in HR or a related discipline.
● 2 years of experience in HR (apprenticeships and internships not included)
● Excel / Powerpoint / Word as a basics, Power BI and / or Google Suite as a nice to have

● Language Skills: advanced level of English
