Candidate Profile

Expected profile :

* Master degree in Business Administration / Management
* 1 - 2 years experience in the shipping industry
Technical skills:

* Business & Market Analysis,
* Commercial skills
Computing skills:

* Excellent Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel, Word, Powerpoint
* Knowledge in SAP

Languages:
* English: level C1
* French: level B2
* Greek : level A2 - would be an asset but non essential

Join our affiliate (COMPANY NAME) Marketing Greece in Athens/Maroussi !
As a International Key account manager in Marine Lubricants, your main tasks will be as follows :
* Business Development: Establish, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business for Total Lubmarine.
* Pricing Strategy: Propose price modifications in response to specific customer requests or market trends, subject to management approval.
* Proposal Management: Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers using the Total Lubmarine pricing application PRICATO, after obtaining management approval.
* Sales Coordination: Coordinate sales efforts with sales management, marketing, customer service, and technical services, and report activities into the CRM system.
* Market Intelligence: Provide oral or written reports on market information, customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for products or services to assist with supply management.
* Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends, products, and technical requirements.
* Inquiry Follow-Up: Follow up on all inquiries from the spot market, prepare offers, submit them for approval, and coordinate with other Sales Managers if necessary.
* Compliance: Operate daily in full compliance with the delegation of authorities by Total Lubmarine.
* Policy Adherence: Apply and promote group policies and guidelines, including the code of conduct, safety, competition, anti-corruption, and anti-fraud rules.

Context & Environment

The selected candidate will receive a VIE allowance according to the Business France rates.
