Your position In charge of fostering business opportunities for Hutchinson group in India, you will conduct market studies, help build roadmaps and business plans with the support of your hierarchy, develop professional networks, suggest partnerships and unfold strategy as per management directions. You will be leading the expansion of Hutchinson in the Indian market by engaging internal and external stakeholders (customers, partners, institutions, agencies, etc.) and coordinating market intelligence and business development footwork. An engineering background with strong business acumen and a high level of pro-activeness and autonomy are necessary for the position. Reporting line to the India Country Managing Director Poste et missions : * Conduct market studies * Identify macro-trends and needs * Promote Hutchinson products * Establish good relationships with key local stakeholders (engineers, buyers, managers, etc.) * Ensure good communication between the Hutchinson teams and local stakeholders * Participate in building a roadmap for local business development * Participate in building business plans for local business development * Screen local companies for potential partnerships * Conduct business development footwork as per management directions

Requisiti del candidato:

Specialisation : * Any top 5 engineering or business school background / Level of education : *Bachelor or master's degree Technical skills * Must have: - Microsoft office proficient use - Engineering background - A first relevant professional experience * Good to have: - Work experience in industry - Work experience in South East Asia Spoken languages * French: Fluency * English: C1 or above * Hindi: would be a plus Soft skills * Autonomous with high sense of responsibilities * Proactive, self-driven, hands-on * Adaptable, fast learner * Strong listening and communication skills
