Leader in our markets (European), the distribution of our products is based on a strong partnership with a dense distribution network, and a complete and innovative range of products and services. Settled in 4 countries, we have offices in France, Italy, Luxembourg and Ireland. With 150 employees spread among several offices, we work daily with multitasking teams in a fast paced and innovative environment. If you are ambitious, results-focused and enjoy a challenge, you will enjoy working with us. You will be handling sales leads generated by our digital marking actions, to secure the sale or be the interface with our local sales networks when required. You will also be responsible for supporting existing and potential customers, identifying opportunities, initiating contacts with customers or networks for our product portfolio. Last but not least, you will participate to the orientation of our digital actions with the marketing team. A direct sales background would be advantageous but not essential as we will train you in all aspects of the role. You must however have an excellent contact with people and you have an interest for technical matters. Profil: Key Responsibilities: * Support existing and potential customers (phone calls, e-mail enquiries) and help them growing. * Deal with customer price requests either directly or in coordination with local teams. * In collaboration with senior colleagues, discuss pricing, contracts and service level agreements. * Process factory orders on our ERP system. * Work hand in hand with our digital marketing and technical teams to generate new contacts, product solutions or business opportunities. * Evaluate the global results of your actions.
