Poste et missions

The V.I.E. Business Manager (BM) provides support to the Investment Banking, Real Assets, Global Trade and Coverage businesses, and is critical for driving analysis, process improvement, controls, and strategic initiatives. He or she will partner closely with many teams in the business including but not limited to Risks, Legal, Compliance, Controls Office, Operations and Technology to define and drive the business agenda. The Business Manager will also support the Senior Country Manager, UK, in the following core areas:

* Design, execution and steering of the team's strategy.
* Design, operation, documentation and continuous upgrade of their risk and controls supervisory framework
* Financial and budget exercised in close relation with the business and Finance department
* Day to day facilitation and administration of the teams in the remit
* Assist the SCM and business lines
* overseeing and managing the overall business operations
* risk management, and reporting MI to senior management
* management of the controls
* Coordinate with Finance the financial performance of the Banking business lines in the UK,
* Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
* Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams to execute business initiatives and projects.
* Managing risk within the CIB division and implementing risk mitigation strategies.

Profil et compétences requises

Knowledge and ideally a first experience in a Corporate & Investment Banking.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office application (Excel, PowerPoint).
* Possess good interpersonal skills
* Excellent analytical skills, capacities to articulate conclusions based on data
* Capacity to maintain confidentiality of information
* Good presentation skills
* Autonomous, Rigorous & well organised
* Ability to work under time pressure
* Curiosity and genuine interest in the business
* Attention to details
